Putting Mindfulness into practice

Creating mandalas is a lot easier than you think but - I must warn you, - they can become quite addictive.

These workshops are relaxed, fun and friendly, but most of all they allow you time to just chill out for a while and `doodle' in a creative way.

Creating your own mandalas is a mindful practice which allows you to focus on what you are doing, quieten the mind, and totally relax.

Do I need to be artistic?

... Not at all.  It's not about the destination - it's about the journey.   There is no emphasis put on the end product, it's all about actually `doing it'.  I will teach you easy ways to draw mandalas, paint dot mandalas, draw Celtic knots, plus any other interesting things that pop up along the way.

Do I need any materials?

... You may wish to bring along your own workbook.  A decent pair of compasses, a set square and a protractor would be very useful too as you will need these to practice at home.  However, you don't need to bring anything with you as I will provide all materials.
